Osborne & wife Mary E. Osborn jointly recovered a judgment aginst Brown & Hicks for $464, upon which a lien was declared in favor of defendants. Defendants were unaware of lien paid defendants full amount. Plaintiffs later found out that V. F. Gossett, sheriff, sued for a balance of $50 on the judgment. Petitioner was told it was at the instance of George Brown who was acting as attorney for Osborn. Petitioner claims Brown had no right to act for plaintiffs. |

There was a small body of land adjacent to the 34 acres but instead of getting a grant they had the original tract of land surveyed in connection with 34 acres and obtained a grant to jointly tenant for entire tract of about 370 acres. |
