J. M. Shute &DroMills operated a firm as Shute & Mills sued Coe for breaking a contract. Coe contracted to purchase 200 sheep weighing at least 50 lbs. However, Coe refused to receive the second lot of sheep, causing great trouble for Shute & Dero in stabling and feeding them in the mean time. They sued to recover costs of housing and shipping. |
