Dispute over Lot 29 in Taylorsville, TN. Defs. recovered judgment against John Tomlin, execution on that judgment was levied on said lot, & Colvard bought the lot at the public sale. Plaintiff filed a writ of ejectment & won, & Defs. appealed to SC. Greene Moore was chairman of Taylorsville's commission of public buildings & made the deeds for the lots, including lot at issue. Transcript includes hand drawn map of lots 1-40. Roans Creek ran near town. |
