Plaintiffs sold to defendant lots 1, 2, and 3 in block J of the Hermitage Addition. Recorded in book no. 57, pages no. 42 and 43 in the Registers office of Davidson County, Tennessee. Plaintiffs claim the defendant attempted to repudiate the purchase of said lots when the Nashville real estate market went down. |

Nagle [alt. spelled Nagel] and Hall had made a contract in 1887 in which Nagle rented out his farm to Hall with stipulations regarding timber and crops. Separate contract made in 1888 for different tract of land. Nagle had demanded Hall surrender possession of buildings and premises to him. In a pending case, judgment was given to Nagle for possession of land, which would be done unless this court halted those proceedings. Judge ruled in favor of def't in both cases. |
