Shop at 1 point operated by Louis Friedman, brother-in-law of Fred Millen, who leased the premises from the Brownlows. Friedman had become indebted to Ressler, who allowed Millen's son Louis to operate the shoe repair shop until debt pd. Dispute over ownership of the shop. |

James Gallagher is her trustee and was "to hold said property in trust for the purpose of securing a homestead for said Mary Ann." |

There was a small body of land adjacent to the 34 acres but instead of getting a grant they had the original tract of land surveyed in connection with 34 acres and obtained a grant to jointly tenant for entire tract of about 370 acres. |
