Brock for a mule worth $70 and $600 in Confederate money. The plaintiffs filed the bill after no money was paid by Sampson and the Confederate money he was paid was illegal and worthless and the mule belonged to another person. The plaintiffs want the money promised them as Sampson had no payment from Brock. |
