Talbot is the executor of Thomas Holliday, dec. He claims the city of Memphis has refused to pay the amount due when he presented the coupons for bonds purchased by the decedent.

Robert J. Cash drew up a draft payable in thirty days with the others defendants John Titus and William H. Mareau composing of the firm of John Titus & Company from Thomas R. Tuggle for five hundred dollars.

Case is based on a bond dated June, 1859. Defendant is accused of collecting money due to the Camp Estate but not making an accounting of it.

Plaintiff is trying to receive payment for bonds he has purchased, and the city refuses (is unable) to pay.

Plaintiff claims the City of Memphis has not paid the amount due him on any of several bonds he holds.
