Suit began in 1865. |

This suit revolves around the removal of a fence between the adjoining properties of the plaintiff and the defendant. Plaintiff states defendant tore down the fence without his consent, leaving his 155 acres without protection from trespassing animals. Defendant then sold stone of said wall for $275. Plaintiff suing for $1000 damages from animals and his inability to cultivate said land, & to reimburse him for $500 he spent building new fence. Map in pencil pg. 15. |
