Annie Lee Harwood claims that Milne was driving negligently at great speed and was driving said in such a manner as to have no control thereof and was not keeping a lookout ahead as required by law and the result was a collision with plaintiff's car. Drs. D. C. & T. W. Morris officed together but were not partners. Hord fell, injuring her right arm near the wrist. She consulted the Drs. Morris whom diagnosed her limp, bending arm as sprained rather than broken. Months later upon visiting another dr. she found her arm was indeed broken. Hord sued to recover damages for the injury and misdiagnosis. The Morrises owed $1,500 to Mrs. Mattie A. Hoard. |
