Also, judge told jury all that was necessary to constitute a disturbance was that 1 individual be disturbed, not entire congregation. |

Dixon, thereby interrupting travel on the road. Road was made but never opened until recently. After road opened, state discovered Bryant had obstructed it; then failed to remove obstructions after notice. |
