Plaintiff intended to bid for lots herself, but Marks persuaded her that he would do so on her behalf & turn property over to her. Instead he took full charge of property & collects rents; will not sell to her. Woodfins divorced at time of S. H. Woodfin's death. Children: Beulah & Roy Woodfin.
