Witnesses: James Bradley, John Mallory, John Pilant, Michael Baugh. Findley sued Galbraith in Circuit Court, claiming Findley paid the note & Galbraith as 1st endorser must repay Findley as 2nd endorser. Galbraith has defense available only at equity so sued in Chancery to assert that defense & enjoin Circuit suit.
