Notes / Description:

William Myracle's left his land & effects to his single sister, Mary; if she died or married while their single brother, B. W., was still living, everything went to B. W. William also stipulated that J. C. P. Myracle "get me a toom-stone and that of my child, plain ones." B. W., who had power to sell the land for Mary's upkeep, sold it to Watson while Mary was still living. However, it was shown that Mary had plenty of money in the bank. "Et als." too numerous to mention.
