Carr sued the insurance company to recover on his policy. Carr was a physician stationed at Elizabethton. While Carr's policy was in effect, Carr became paralyzed in his feet, legs, and hands. Defendant paid him $479.92-the amount due him for March to May 1930. Defendant refused to make further payments that plaintiff was entitled to for May to September 1930. Plaintiff suing for $1826.61. Court ruled in pla. Favor for $1350 and an additional $100 per month as long as he was totally disabled.
