David Flook died intestate in 1868 in Virginia. Long was his administrator in that state; John F. Grisham was admr. in Tenn. Flook took Bolton in, gave him a start in the world, and sold him a farm in Washington Co. Bolton never paid on note. Plaintiffs Elizabeth A. Flook; Reuben Armentrout; Lucretia Armentrout; A. C. Long & wife Melvina Long; Robert Liskey; Sarah M. Lisky; William C. Flook; Virginia Flook; and J. H. [Erman ? Ersman ?] sued Bolton to pay the note.
