Plaintiff a corporation based in Lynchburg, VA., sued to recover $624.38 from deft. In Jan. 1928 deft. leased space to operate a beauty parlor in a building pla.. had under construction at that time. Space leased for 3 years at rent of $700 a year. On 21 Dec. 1928 deft. voluntarily broke the terms of the lease by discontinuing the operation of the beauty shop.
