City Bank. When bill became due, payment refused. Hence this suit. Shannon dropped as defendant. Def. say purpose of bill was to get bill discouned in Bank of East Tennessee in Knoxville, for benefit of McFarland & Co, and that Def. were merely accommodation endorsers. Court ruled in bank's favor.
