He was sued for breach of warranty and sought an injunction restraining the defendant from selling his property or collecting what was due under trust deed. The defendant had made a mistake on all lots on block whereby the houses erected on said lots overlapped on the property of adjoining lotowners. Exhibit includes a map of the lots on Baxter Street.
