Notes / Description:

Dr. Prosterman practiced as a dentist in multiple states during the early 20th century. In order to gain the trust of the public and business, he combined with two other workers and formed what was advertised as the "Southern Dental Institute," where he would perform dentistry and teach students. However, he was the only dentist. The Board found his advertisements to be false, and his license was revoked. Prosterman tried then to appeal this decision with this case. Three folders.
