On or about the 1861 Term of the Yancy Co., NC County Court, the plntff. won a judgment of $584.54 against an S. M. Ray and Proffitt. Since that date the judgment has gone unpaid, except for a $45.35 credit. Jackson has learned that deft. holds an undivided three-fourths interest in a 365-acre tract of land in Washington Co., TN. He asks the Court to issue a decree against Proffitt for the amount of the judgment & to vest him with an equitable interest in the property. Ray decd., left no property.
