Owen, on his own, bought goods on credit from pla. (Nashville wholesale merchant). Owen then sold his stock of goods back to L.B. & son Monroe dba L.B. Bone & Son. pla. says transaction fraudulent & also that Owens gave the Bones his book of accounts showing other debts owed to Owens, w/similar fraudulent intent. L.B.'s wife: Tyratia Bone.
