Barnes for $2500.00. The complainants charge that W. J. Barnes conveyed the land without the knowledge of A.G. Barnes. Complainants charge he did this in order to pay off creditors. He did pay off his creditors and wanted his son, A. G. Barnes to re-convey the land back to him.
