Additional defendant: Sallie Woodlee admr. of Greer Woodlee dec., and Jacob, Bill, William, Greer, James, Levi, Auburn and Clance Woodlee, all children and heirs of Greer Woodlee dec. Plaintiff owned a tract of land which he purchase from his sister Catherine, who had inherited it from their mother Cyrena Stubblefield. Catherine transferred the note to Greer Woodlee. Stubblefield gave Greer a new note for the balance on his sister’s share. The land was sold to satisfy the note and bought by Greer.
