Case includes printed briefs. In 1868 N. E. Alloway filed a bill against Martin H. Miller, admr. of George Miller, dec., Samuel E. Hare, & H. C. Jackson. In the bill George Miller was said to have filed a bill against Gunkel, who owed Miller money, filing an attachment. Gunkel replevin the property, issuing a security bond for the amount owed. Then another suit was filed against him & his security. Suit was filed to settle the Miller estate and debts attached.
