Notes / Description:

Defendant is the administrator of the estate of W. F. Newson (dec'd). In 1928, A. A. Johnson conveyed to the plaintiff and the deceased, her husband, a farm in said county. The deceased planted over 10,000 trees and had over 20,000 pounds of hay from the property. The deed entitles the plaintiff to sole ownership of the farm upon her husband's death, but believes she is exempt from his debts. Filed suit to declare her rights and to deny the defendant as a nursery handler rights to profits from the trees.
