Plaintiff are partners doing business under the firm name of Twin City Junk Company. sued the def. for $1,900.00 for in 1931, the pla. were the owners of a truck on which they held an insurance policy with the defendant against accidents, including fires. The truck was destroyed by fire and its actual value at the time was the $1,900.00, which the policy should cover, but the defendants are refusing to pay. Suing for an additional 25% penalty provided by statute.
