Additional plaintiffs: Louis O'Hara & D. B. A. East End Lumber Co. Additional defendants: P. M. Harper & W. C. Pryor. Friedman owned a tract of land in which he bought lumber and building materials to build house from plaintiffs. Friedman later negotiated a loan and conveyed legal title to Harper & Pryor for a security of a loan for $1260. Plaintiffs claimed the lumber was sold before negotiation of loan and that Friedman still owes them for the lumber plus interest.
