Wall sued Hall Grocery Co. for damages after an automobile accident at the intersection of Campbell and Arlington in Jackson. Wall was riding in a car going north on Campbell, when a truck owned by Hall and driven by an agent, going westerly on Arlington, struck the car and sent it into a telephone pole.
