Too many additional defendants to name. Brooks' estate in considerable debt, so Marion had to sell a tract of 205 acres. Land was divided and sold. Plaintiff refused to pay notes because he believed the parties did not act in good faith-knowing estate's insolvency. Plaintiff wants sale of land be declare and void and be set aside as well as he be released from payment of notes and fraudulent judgments against him by County Court in Greene County.
