Plaintiffs claimed they had purchased insurance to cover their hay, but after a fire occurred that destroyed their hay insurance would not pay for the loss. Amount of loss was $800. Hay was stored in a barn owned by the plaintiffs on a farm known as the McKinney Farm, located on the Jefferson Davis Highway just outside of Ripley, TN.
