J. T. McLain, et al v. Frazier & Hunt, et al

Original bill filed 1911 indicates that McLain was a tenant of land owned by Tenn. Coal, Iron & Railroad Company (an add plaintiff). The 5,000 acres was located on the Cumberland Mt. in Sequatchie Co. The defendants were a partnership and seven individual employees. The plaintiffs claim that the def. took possession of the land and cut timber. Frazier & Hunt then filed an answer indicating they were hired by Georgia Industrial Realty Co., who then became involved in case. Exhibits:Map in M-17-21
