Plaintiff sued for $50 in damages, stating that he and the def.. had agreed to swap horses, & Seahorn swapped him a horse that he knew was blind. Plaintiff examined the horse before the swap & expressed concern over his sight, but def.. insisted that the horse had one good eye. Note: the horse that Baker swapped had a knot on her leg that soon required medical treatment; however, she did recover & was completely sound afterwards. Seahorn acquired the horse he swapped from Elbert Ellis.
