John P. Duncan, et al. v. Blount County Pike Commissioners

$300K of bonds were set aside for the purpose of building new roadways in Blount County. The commissioners were accused of abandoning their duty to build the roads, of building roads in locations not authorized by statute. Suit was filed also to recover the money already paid for work done illegally.
