Plaintiffs are administrators for the estate of Absolom Matlock (dec.). Defendant is the executor of the will of Ann D. Ambrister (dec.). A. D. Ambrister and A. Matlock were siblings and before her death, Ambrister bequeathed unto Matlock a portion of her large amount of real estate worth many thousands of dollars. Filed suit to force the defendant, A. D. Ambrister's husband, to detail what property was given to Matlock before his death. Possibly related to case with Asa Ambrister in ET 1827.
