Wallace hauled longs for John Anderson with an agreed upon price. Anderson did not have money to pay Wallace. They agreed that Wallace would take the logs and sell them in Nashville and take his payment from there and give Anderson the remaining money. Plaintiff claims that he still has rights to the logs because of his contract with Anderson.
