Notes / Description:

Complainant demanded that the Sittaris honor a trust deed using a tract of land as collateral for a loan. The Sittaris claim that the agreement was because Fallwinkle and George F. Gerding had fraudulently vested the trust deed in Sebastian's name. The couple sued Fallwinkle on the basis that the land was Maria's alone and that she had been duped into cooperating on account of her inability to speak English or to understand her rights. "Sebastian" also spelled "Sebastien."
