Notes / Description:

Sharp & Williams had judgments against Calvin Hutson levied on his land, which Sharp & Williams then bought at execution sale. Hutson had owned the land jointly with Levi Smith, now dec, & had made fraudulent deed to his 2 sons William & John. Williams, without Sharp's knowledge, had Hutson & his 2 sons execute deed to Williams alone, extinguishing both Hutson's right of redemption & the 2 sons' rights via the fraudulent conveyance, resulting in this suit.
