Incomplete case file; brief for the State only. Brown was accused of selling within four miles of school & for selling liquor without a license. John Banks went to Dayton to buy brandy from Brown in the train depot. Banks drank it all with a friend & went back to brown to buy more. They were caught by the sheriff who found they had procured the liquor from Brown.
