Pla.. & his relatives have not heard from him since & cannot locate him. Pla.. has continued to pay the premiums on the policy. Deft. maintains that it has not paid because pla.. has failed to provide proof of Barnett's death. It is suggested that Barnett may have been ill with tuberculosis when he left TN.
