See also ET780. Walton sued Met Life for $1000 when her husband, Conley, died intestate while employed by the Pennsylvania Dixie Cement Corp. Conley held life insurance through his employer. Conley died suddenly from an edema of the lungs, his nose and mouth issuing blood before he became unconscious. Met Life refuses to pay stating that he was not disabled before his death.
