Plaintiff was the widow of A. Dewey Shackleford who died as a result of an accident received by him while in the employment of Freeburn Fuel Corporation at Varilla, KY. He accidently came in contact with an electric wire, which shocked him and from which he died. He held a policy with def. for $1000. Plaintiff had requested payment of said $1000 but def. had refused to pay her. Therefore she sued. Exhibits include a classification manual of def. company & death certificate. 3 folders.
