Thomas Carroll originally sued the plaintiff for $5000 damages. On 7 Feb. 1936 he was seriously injured when the car that he was driving was struck by the car driven by Fly. Fly was driving erratically prior to the accident & found to be intoxicated, a violation of state law. Accident took place on the "Dixie Highway". Transcript in 2 volumes. 3 Folders.
