Rebecca Dulany Dangerfield& Mary C. Dangerfield v. Samuel Charles, et al.

Additional defendants: the widow and heirs of C. Gurly. Dangerfields sued Charles for entering their house, ejecting them, and detaining from them to their damage $200 and to recover the tract of land. Defendants failed to show up in court and defaulted. Court therefore ruled in plaintiffs' favor for possession of the land.
