G. E. Hamilton, a woman, was a merchant doing business in her own name. When she became indebted $300 to the plaintiff, she moved her assets to the account of her husband, B. B. Hamilton. The defendants were granted 3 continuances & told that no more would be granted. At the fourth attempt at a trial, the defendants' lawyer was in Pittsburg, PA, attending another trial. Consequently, they had to ask for yet another continuance. Some brads could not be removed.
