Plaintiff purchased from defendant a Federal Two-Ton Truck, Motor No. 12627 for $1125. Plaintiff used truck in his business and while in Augusta, Arkansas the truck sunk on a ferry in the White River. Pltf. claimed dfnt. said truck was covered by liability and collision insurance. Insurance company settled with defendant for $500, but the plaintiff never received any credit for the loss of the truck. Some files found with State v. Frank Abels, et al. (WT2156).
