Additional plaintiffs: M. A. Reed, I. D. Sadler, H. C. Clinard. Plaintiffs all grow tobacco. Agents of the defendant buy crops to sell for farmers and make a false statement that other buyers would not be in the market that year. Plaintiffs allege that printed contract for the sale was different than what was agreed upon. Association sued for a debt from the difference in selling price.
