Robinson was twice late on paying premiums, so insurer said that policy was not in effect during those lapses. Robinson sued on 2 causes: (1) for a return of $163.50 in premiums on the theory that policy was NOT in force, or (2) for the payment of $10.00 sick benefit on the theory it WAS in force.
