Dispute between estate of Montgomery Bell & estate of Jenkins Whiteside (& estate of brother Thomas who, while living, was executor for Jenkins' estate). Jenkins managed Bell's business affairs and, according to Bell, served as his "solicitor, confidant, agent & counsellor." Affairs between Bell & Jenkins went unsettled for awhile; then Jenkins died, owing Bell money. Bell sued & recovered judgment but no property to satisfy. Yrs later, this suit filed to try again to satisfy judgment. 2 folders.
