Trespass on the case. Johnson indebted to Baker (physician) for $495.00, for Baker's medical service & attention to Johnson's wife over 18-month period. Witnesses: Dr. James Rodgers, practicing physician in Knoxville who waited on Mrs. Johnson with Baker. Her case "was a very dangerous and critical one for a long time." She stayed at Dr. Baker's house & under his care for lengthy period. Dr. Paxton also testified. Mention also made of coffin purchased to bury Johnsons' infant.
