Petitioners claim that John Gault left valuable land to heirs Mary Ledgewood, Martha Weaver, John Gault, Florence Gault, the children of hwas late son Robert, widow Patsy, and Theodore Gault. Plaintiffs claim John was feeble and infirm a few hours before his death and was "induced by persuasion and artifice" at that time to write a new will leaving most of his lands to defendant Theodore M. Gault. Plaintiffs claim that John signed this will while in "the very throes of death." Will attached.
